Critique another Businesses 

K Designs:

I chose to critique a local business K designs, luxury wedding and event stationary.

She is very clear who the target market for her business is, she does create invites for other occasions, but this is not her main priority.

Her work is very creative, extremely girly and elegant. If I had to pick one bad thing it would be that there seems to be a running theme with flowers with most of her designs, this theme is shown through her simple but stylish logo too.

She has completed a photography course recently and this is shown in her images she uses which are all very professional and tasteful.

There’s plenty of structure, she posts updates regular including wedding fares and shows that she attends on all her social sites which has lots of wonderful reviews. The posts are not always about her work either, she posts about her family, anniversary’s and holidays etc. She responds quickly to questions and messages which helps you warm to her, how’s she’s reliable and responsive.

Brand-it-NW Limited:

I come across this company on Facebook which I didn’t think was a great business. Firstly, they do not have a particular target audience and have a large amount of services and products available and even state if it’s not listed, they will try providing it. Which I think is really unprofessional.

It’s not very creative and tends do more embroidering which the clients design will be anyhow so they’re not actually providing a service with this only printing.

There’s not much on their blog page or no real story behind it, just 3 women collaborating their service to form one company.

The banners and posts are extremely dull and boring and looks although there’s sales on constantly and too full.

Social Media Planner

This came quite easy to me to do as I used to manage social media sites at work. I did all the schedules for 3 businesses over 4 different social media sites, So I didn’t find this difficult at all. I will be updating this regular and making changes where necessary for each month.
